Signal Only: The lights will only flash with signal. They will not illuminate as running light.

Signal & Running Light 1.0: The lights will flash as a turn signal. At night when the running lights are activated, the lights will operate at 50% intensity for running light, 100% intensity for turn signal.

Signal & Running Light 2.0: The lights will flash as a turn signal. At night when the running lights are activated, the lights will operate at 100% intensity for running light, 100% intensity for turn signal.

Switchback: The lights will flash as an amber turn signal during the day. At night when the running lights are activated, the lights will operate at 100% intensity in WHITE for running light. When the turn signal is activated, the lights will operate at 100% intensity in AMBER in a flashing pattern until the turn signal is de-activated (at which point it will return to a solid white light).

· Power Function: If your truck was originally equipped with power mirrors the power function on our mirrors will work properly. Please note our mirrors do not support curbview assist or memory functions. They will still plug and play, but these features will not integrate properly with our mirrors.

· Defrost Function: If your truck was originally equipped with rear defrost the defrost function on our mirrors will work properly.

· Signal Function: If your truck was originally equipped with turn signal, the signal on our mirrors will function properly. If your original mirrors were NOT equipped with signal, this feature must be enabled on your vehicle’s computer which can be easily done with the Boost Auto programming tool and Bypass module (see further info below).

· Puddle Function: If your truck was originally equipped with puddle lamp, the puddle lamp on our mirrors will function properly. If your original mirrors were NOT equipped with puddle, this feature must be enabled on your vehicle’s computer which can be easily done with the Boost Auto programming tool and Bypass module (see further info below).

· Running Light (If Signal & Running Light or Switchback Option is Selected): You must run one wire to a running light feed (harness included). All wiring internal to the mirror is done; you just need to do the truck side wiring (instructions included).

· Power Fold: The power fold feature will only be plug and play if originally equipped. If you did not have power fold originally, you can add it using our wireless upgrade kit. The option must be selected.

· Blind Spot Monitoring: If your truck was originally equipped with blind spot monitoring lamp the feature will function properly. If your original mirrors were NOT equipped with blind spot monitoring you cannot add it.

If you originally had turn signal you will NOT require a reflash

If you did not originally have turn signal, you will need to enable this feature on your vehicle’s computer. You can achieve this yourself using our easy to use programming tool and Bypass module which is offered in the options above. Alternatively, you can ask the dealer to enable the feature, however this often costs double the cost of our programming tool so we recommend cutting out the headache and purchasing the tool from us.

All other mirrors on the market require a flash regardless of whether you had signal or not for the mirror to work properly in the flipped position. Boost Auto Parts designed sensors that cannot be found anywhere else that are internal to the mirror which allows the mirrors to be controlled properly in the flipped position without a reflash

You can enable these features yourself on your vehicle using our easy-to-use programming tool and bypass module which avoids costly and timely trips to the dealer.

We do offer power fold as an option to retain the feature if you originally had it, or add it if your vehicle didn't originally have it.

If you did not have power fold you can easily add it with the Boost Auto Parts patent pending wireless upgrade. This upgrade does not require you to run any wires outside of the doors and is easy to install following our installation video. Best of all, it utilizes the OEM switch so you don't have to swap your switch or add an aftermarket switch to your dash.

If you originally had power fold and wish to retain it you must select the power fold option.

Yes, the mirrors will adjust properly in the up or down position! Boost Auto Parts designed sensors that cannot be found anywhere else that are internal to the mirror which allow the mirrors to be controlled properly in the flipped position without a reflash.

No you will not! We install a temperature sensor in all of the mirrors prior to shipping them to you.

Ram offers a support bracket on some vehicles to support the additional weight of towing mirrors. If you did not originally have towing mirrors, your truck will not be equipped with these brackets.

Most customers find that our mirrors do not require them, however in order to reduce the amount of vibration on the mirrors some customers do opt to install the support brackets. The support brackets do NOT come with the purchase of the mirrors as most customers don't install them.
